THEORETICAL FOUNDATIONS OF PUNCTUATION MARKS IN KAZAKH
Abstract
The article deals with the problems of punctuation marks, their meanings and functions, theoretical foundations, the works of authors studying punctuation, the function of punctuation values, the use of punctuation marks and the problems of punctuation norms. Questions on the nature, use, functions and meaning of punctuation marks, as well as the place of the punctuation norm, are studied. In order to fill in these gaps, the need to put punctuation marks in a certain system is currently based on conclusions based on studies of communicative punctuation orientation. It is also noted that the theoretical mastery of the punctuation norm is of great importance. Anyone should fully understand punctuation standards for literate writing.
